SESSIONS
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and is typically scheduled at the same time each week.
The number of sessions is not fixed. We offer both short-term and long-term therapy.

For counselling sessions with myself (Kerry) the therapy room is located in Woodborough, Nottingham.​​
​
We offer several locations for sessions with student counsellors, including: Nottingham City, West Bridgford, and Beeston.
​
Digital sessions are also available via video calls

FEES
Therapy sessions with me (Kerry) are £60 per session.
​
Sessions with a student counsellor are £30 per session.
​
Sessions with an associate Pharos counsellor (fully qualified) range from £40 - £55
​
​There's also the option to have an initial consultation, lasting up to 30 minutes, at no cost. After the consultation, you can decide whether you'd like to continue with regular sessions, with no obligation to commit.
